This year sets includes the following highlight insert sets and changes:

The cards are initialled by the designer and David will be at the August Collector Fair in Penrith to sign these cards for those that have them in their collection, TLA will apply NRL Holograms to each of the cards signed by Dave at the Penrith Fair which will Authenticate the Signatures and set those show singed cards apart.

  • The match worn Road To the Finals Jersey cards are back limited to 150 unsigned and 50 signed. This year ESP joint ventured with Futera to produce these cards, for improved quality and design of the set. ESP have now included Code for Collector on the back of each card. The individual code on the back of each card will open up to NRL cards collectors a world of information relating to their individual cards including detail on where on the match worn jersey patch came from that’s featured in their card, in addition each card will be pre Colour Graded details of which will be recorded on line. All this information will be able from the Futera website which you can link to from the TLA World Wide web page, as per 2015 these cards will be redeemed.
  • A first for NRL cards are the 4 x 1 of 1 cards each featuring a gold plated frame and high profile jersey patch from the match worn jerseys, the cards are hologrammed and numbered 1/1, this will also be redeemed.
  • The case cards in 2016 are limited in addition to 200 per design two cards to collect, as you can see only 400 of the 630 cases will contain a case card. FYI ESP have taken case cards out of the stock they are selling via Gordon and Gotch, historically these cards were wasted. ESP can now offer limited edition case cards to collectors and dealers that buy sealed cases.
  •  Another first in 2016 are Box Cards, a parallel of the case cards. ESP have limited these to 2000 per design x 2 designs. Only 4,000 of the 6,300 boxes will contain the box card. These will be loose cards placed at the bottom of each box.
  • This year’s Album card continues to celebrate the stellar success of Johnathan Thurston as the 2015 Dally M Medallist
